Each includes 1 main auditorium (150-200 seats) + mini hall (80 seats), plus playground and foot court essential zone.

Detailed floor plan, elevation, parking, playground zoning. 3D realistic rendering for client approval.

Construction Phases

Site preparation β†’ Foundation β†’ Superstructure β†’ Finishing. Quality checks at every stage.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, VRV/VRF AC, fire fighting, acoustic ceilings.

Interior & Lighting

Acoustic panels, theatre lighting, lobby design, emergency lighting + client walkthrough.

Consultancy & Systems (MEP | HVAC | Fire Fighting)

HVAC: Energy-efficient VRV/VRF systems, zoned for auditorium & lobby.

Fire Fighting: Wet riser, sprinklers, smoke detectors, fire alarm + emergency exit plan.
